Unlike most other bouncy castle hire companies, we do not feel the need to take a deposit. We accept cash, BACS and cheques made payable to 'County Castles'.
All of our prices include free "local" delivery, set-up, safety demonstrations, and collection when your event has ended.
It is not common that we would cancel a hire due to poor weather, but if the weather is too dangerous for our equipment to be used safely, we can provide a list of local halls that may be available. If you wish to reschedule your event, we can definitely arrange another date for your hire.
Most of our bouncy castles and other inflatables are hired for the day, with an arranged time for the equipment to be picked up unless otherwise planned. We try to be as flexible as possible to fit your requirements. The latest time for a castle pick up will be 8pm. There may be a small charge for anytime after this. We also have overnight and weekend hire, in these cases the collection time will be arranged prior to delivery.
We have a large range of smaller bouncy castles to fit areas with less space, including castles to fit halls with low ceilings. All of our inflatables have dimensions on their product page, to help you choose which castle is right for you.
We understand that plans change for many reasons. If cancellation is inevitable we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible, but we will not charge you.
It is not possible to set up on a slope, if you think that your venue might be an issue, please let us know and we'll see if we can recommend another solution.
While in use, you must always keep the air pump and generator on.
We have Public Liability Insurance to the amount of 5,000,000. This does not apply to injuries that are obtained while you are supervising the event. If you wish for one of our trained staff to supervise your event for a fee, we can arrange that for you. If you require a copy of our insurance, we can bring that on delivery.
Yes, for a fee we can arrange for a trained member of our team to supervise the equipment for your event, which will cover you fully with our Public Liability Insurance.
All items, where appropriate, have safety certificates. In discussion with us we will advise you on suitable equipment for your event. All inflatables come with safety mats and ground anchors (or weights where necessary).
Where possible, we can connect to your mains power supply, but if you do require a generator, we can supply one for 25 which also includes fuel usage.
